Spirituality

Spirituality is not a practice of seriousness!

It is renewal of Spirit,

from the heavy beliefs of man

to be free to play as the heart calls.

It is an invitation to Be Love, to Be Light, to Be You,

and let go of fear and reactions to world-at-large.

Return to the child who lived in Wonder and play and pretend,

in the way that makes you happiest.

What is your Dream Self like?

You don’t have to explain it to anyone but you.

Explanations and justifications are not child’s play.

They are hiding places for adults who grew up

and forgot they were children.

Purpose Over Ego

In thought and speech of self

ego and imperfection inevitably arise.

In Devotion to Purpose, ego cannot enter.

* * * * * * * * * * *

The Always Best Move

The best move you can make now, is to pay attention to now.

This will always be True.

* * * * * * * * * * *

Mission Of The Moment

Identify the mission of the moment.

Every moment has a mission if that is your intention.

In the lounge chair,

breathing in sunlight and Nature,

the mission is to enjoy breathing in sunlight,

and to enjoy experiencing Nature.

When cleaning the bathroom,

the mission is

to enjoy cleaning this mirror (this bathtub, this trashcan.)

Easy Contentment

For Contentment, Breathe this:

Breathing in, I am enjoying breathing in.

Breathing out, I am enjoying breathing out.

FEEL it, in your hara

your rising abdomen

your whole body

and the smile that can’t not arrive.

Being You

Be the person you want to be, in every moment of your life,

including this one.

It is a constant choice.

It is the best choice

for you and all involved.

* * * * * * * * * * *

Losing Self in Purpose

Pour yourself into something, even if it is washing the dishes.

Get out of you, to be free of you, to know you.

* * * * * * * * * * *

The Power of Passion

When you have a passion, a raison d’être, to lose yourself in,

you have a greater strength to address all Life.

That somewhere-to-go becomes a refuge that is always within.

* * * * * * * * * * *

The Way

Recognize the good already within.

You cannot berate yourself into consciousness.

* * * * * * * * * * *

Develop in Light

Instead of reproaching yourself in a moment for something wrong,

ask, What am I doing right? Am I having fun?

If you have become aware of doing wrong,

the awareness of the wrong is the right.

Have fun developing.

Consecration and Healthy Selfness

The Voice: If you want to please Me, Know you.

Your preferences reveal you.

Don’t discard them as meaningless.

Meaninglessness is meaningful too.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing

is no-thing.

The most important thing is not how much you do

but how much you

are your True you.

Non-Dualism

Life is always both/and.

Never either/or.

* * * * * * * * * * *

Improving Improvement

Never say, “I hate losing things.”

Say, “I love finding things.”

Say,” When I find this, it is going to be placed right here,” and make it so.

When retrieving the object, say, “I love knowing where things are!”

The energy behind the intention of improvement is everything.

* * * * * * * * * * *

You create yourself in all things.

Its not just what you do.

Its How you do in each moment,

including this one.

Shadow Into Light

Has getting angry, frustrated,

EVER made it better?

Feel as you feel.

But be aware of your anger.

Awareness turns the shadow into light.

Physical Grace Heals

Do everything with whole body awareness.

Feel the instant shift in consciousness.

Allow the practice of physical grace to

become part of each mission of the moment.
